Sahel Fahimi absolved an apprenticeship as office communication assistant. She has worked for Selecteam as team assistant since July 2010.

Cathrin Binder studied literary translation (English/Spanish/German language and literature) at the Heinrich-Heine University in Düsseldorf.

 

She gathered her first professional experience in a technical translation office in Dortmund.

 

Since 1996 she has worked as assistant for SELECTEAM. Here, she is mainly responsible for office/administration tasks and German/English translations.

 

 

He always accepts only one solution: the best. With a lot of power, yet at the same time sensitive for the most subtle shades he is taking care of developing the internal strategy, implementing the integrated SELECTEAM ERP-HR software as well as adjusting the PR & communication. Rather as a vocation than as a job he takes over selected coaching projects from time to time - as already, for example, the coaching of DAX-50 management board members.  

 

Mr. Kling studied Business Administration at Augsburg University. He lectured on the SAP HR Module already during his basic study period, took over several specific functions at the HR faculty and managed a student internet company of his own. As a scholarship he was awarded a 1½ years’ training as „Systemic Consultant within Change Processes“ parallel to his studies. Moreover, he was in charge of research projects in New-York, Hong-Kong and Berlin (Topics: mobile innovations and biometric IDs). He uses his subsequent international contact network as a constant source of inspiration.  

 

Before being engaged with SELECTEAM, Mr. Kling was able to gather experiences with an IT start-up in Berlin and as consultant with a Private-Family Office in Switzerland. In addition to his work for SELECTEAM Mr. Kling is stakeholder in various emerging IT-companies - also providing advisory services. 

 

 

			AMELIE RICHTER Marketing Assistant buero@selecteam.de

Amelie Richter studied Germanic Linguistics, Sinology and Spanish at the University of Munich (LMU). During her studies, she gained experience in journaslim in various newsrooms in Germany an China. From October 2010 to July 2011 she completed two semesters at Tongji University in Shanghai.   

 

Amelie's focus at SELECTEAM is to support in corporate communications and marketing and to work as project assistant.
