Prof. Dr. Evelyn Albrecht is SELECTEAM partner and responsible for the coaching department.

 

After more than 15 years in top management positions of several international groups, Dr. Albrecht has worked very successfully as business coach (DBVC-Senior Coach) and management consultant for 10 years.

 

She studied biochemical engineering, business administration, philosophy of economics and japanese studies. At Osnabrück University she did the (DBVC-certified) coaching training. She is certified trainer and coach for intercultural competence (Humboldt University Berlin).

 

Dr. Albrecht is professor for corporate and international management.

 

She has her consulting and coaching focus on management, organization, leadership, and corporate ethics/ company sustainability. She is appreciated as sparring partner of the top and middle management, both for medium-sized companies and for company groups. Besides she is specialized on crisis management and intervention in the intercultural context and in change management programs.

Simone Brzoska studied information and corporate communication with marketing and mommunication as main subjects. 

 

Since 1999 she has gathered experience within the fashion industry as well as cosmetic and designer labels. After that she was responsible for operative marketing, customer service as well as recruitment and selection of personnel within her occupational career. She took over team management tasks and trainings and organized fashion shows and events.

 

Before she came to Selecteam, Simone Brzoska worked for Porsche Design in the field of product and licence management.

 

She has her focus on recruiting specialized and management personnel for fashion and designer labels and on developing new strategies of personnel recruitment.

Helmut Deffner is a trained businessman with 25 years of management experience within the pharmaceutical industry, marketing, sales, training and personnel development as well as in the international general management.

 

Furthermore, he worked 12 years in the USA, in the Middle East and in South Eastern Europe. He is member of the German-Croatic Chamber of Commerce Zagreb.

After finishing an apprenticeship and studying business administration, Katja Dreyer started to work as personnel referent within the IT branch. She went through media, automotive, mechanical and plant engineering / medical engineering branch stages and worked as personnel manager for Central Europe for a Japanese group. In 2008 she changed to the personnel consulting sector. Mrs. Dreyer’s main focus lies on the recruitment of specialists and executives for technology oriented branches, such as automotive, mechanical engineering, IT as well as medical engineering and most of all dental technology.

Andrea Erler absolved a commercial training within the hotel management and worked for leading houses subsequently. 

 

Her first personnel consulting contact was with the „Unternehmensberatung der Industriepraktiker Schu“. After more than 10 years of sales oriented tasks with the Sixt group, mainly with Sixt Leasing, she absolved an overall training as senior consultant with the JBH Management- und Personalberatung Herget from 1999 until 2003. 

 

Since 2003 Mrs. has worked as freelancer in the personnel consulting sector.

Dr. Dietrich Fischer studied at Aachen Technical College and did his doctorate at the university of Erlangen /Nürnberg. For many years he worked as authorized representative in the IABG field of study, consulted public authorities as well as big companies and founded the „SELECTEAM Personal- und Unternehmensberatung GmbH, Munich“. Additionally, Dr. Fischer was managing partner at Dönne + Hellwig, service provider for inventory management and investor/operator in the field of cargo transport centres. Moreover, by means of regular lectures he got involved in training and further education centres of the army and NATO. He released numerous publications.

 

Dr. Fischer is member of various scientific assosiactions, amongst others: VDI, Arbeitsgemeinschaft Selbständiger Unternehmer e.V. (ASU), Instituts f. Betriebsberatung, der Wirtschaftsförderung und –forschung e.V.(IBWF) im BVMW, Export-Clubs München e.V. and the Expertenkreises Unternehmensnachfolge.

 

He is member of the board of directors at the Econoflug AG and the St.Georg GmbH (hotel) as well as advisory board chairman of the Integrated Imaging Technology (IIT) GmbH.

Sybille Frank studied Business Administration with a personnel emphasis in Munich. 

 

Working in the field of personnel development, Sybille first was responsible for the implementation of e-learning as well as for the selection and introduction of a learning management system for a company with a staff of more than 20.000.

 

Furthermore, she had another main working focus on optimisation and harmonisation of training processes, conceptual design of training and e-learning courses for a global target group, introduction of different learning platforms and international project management.

 

In her last position in the head office of a DAX-listed company in the legal services division she was responsible for compliance trainings worldwide.

 

Her main consulting areas are training strategies, conceptual design of blended learning and e-learning, selecting and implementing learning management systems and the optimisation and standardisation of HR- and training-related processes.

Gerhard Grimm has a (university) degree in electrical engineering, is consultant, coach and moderator and absolved postgraduate business administration studies.

 

He is an expert regarding the recruitment of executives and specialists for companies and branches selling technically challenging products. He has worked successfully in management positions within the personnel development, personnel marketing as well as training and further education for more than 28 years, the last 16 years with a world market and technology leader in the field of machine tools, electronics, precision engineering and optics. Gerhard Grimm has many years of experience with selection processes, with the personnel and academic marketing as well as with projects in national educational networks.

 

He is mentor and jury member of the “Bayerische Eliteakademie” and deputy state chairman of the ”Berufsausbilderverbands Bayern (BAV)”.

His last position was that of a personnel manager with a renowned IT consulting company in Munich.

On the basis of two decades of entrepreneurial responsibility as managing director and publishing (house) manager of renowned German media companies and their subsidiaries Herbert Hartman would always confirm Lee Iacocca’s statement.

 

Today, he has his consulting focus on filling management positions, especially for newspaper and magazine publishers, book publishing companies, radio and TV stations, printing houses, etc. as well as IT companies and management consultancies.

 

Apart from that, spanning various industry sectors, he supports companies filling positions of the first and second management level and top-class executives.

In 1979 Lutz Koller took a degree in business administration, which he studied with an emphasis on personnel and organisation at the Nürnberg Technical College.

 

Directly afterwards he worked as management assistant within the plastics processing industry. 1984 he changed as personnel manager to the glass processing industry and installed an operative personnel management. Later on he worked for a British group where he was given personnel responsibility for the German sites. 

 

From 1991 on he managed the service department „employees“ with a medium-sized construction material group where he was member of the extended management. 

 

Since 2006 he has been honorary judge at the Labour Court Bayreuth. Due to his training as business mediator he is much asked for as contact person and coach in cases of conflict. He joined SELECTEAM in 2008, and since then he has been successfully recruiting specialists and executives.

In his former career Uwe Thiel was influenced by this citation of Wilhelm von Humboldt. His experience in all kind of sales areas confirms this evidence. 

 

Today he allocates his experience mainly to technology oriented growth platforms as Information Management, Cloud, Big Data, Mobile Business and Social Media, IT Companies, Consulting Firms and the IT Resellers. He supports his customers making the search for executives as well as for other leadership functions and for special professionals successful. 

 

The market trends show a clear trend to an acceleration of the cycles of innovative technology. This will force a dramatic change within organizations and our working environment in the near future. Mr. Geißler-Deus graduated as energy technology and supply engineer and as certified coach at the Humboldt University, Berlin. 

 

Leading national and international engineering companies with a staff of up to 120, he has been able to gather industry knowledge within the building and technology sector. Apart from that he was in charge of building projects with a budgetary responsibility of up to € 60 Mio. regarding development and realisation of research, pharmaceutical and health care properties as well as infrastructural measures.

 

Since 2011 Mr. Geißler-Deus has worked as consultant for SELECTEAM. His consulting emphasis lies on the interim management (personnel management), team development for engineering companies, personnel analysis and recruiting (both international recruitment and the realisation of coaching for project leaders and managers). 

 

Mr. Geißler-Deus published several scientific articles, amongst others „Fibs in job interviews“ (VDI Nachrichten), „Management Academy E.ON“ (VBI publishing house) and „Abolishing the remuneration agreement HOAI“ (VBI publishing house).

Apart from    that he worked in the USA for 5 years.
